As our guest, we encourage you to wander through the tiered organic garden and around its pathways, bisecting beds abundant with vegetables. Designed in the traditional style of the Italian Renaissance, the garden slopes along the hillside with terraces to capture sunlight and moisture. Find yourself in harmony with the land, discover some of the herbs and spices that will flavor your meal, and feel good about the food you're about to savor.
We're choosy about what we pick.
Right now, the Primo Garden is being cultivated for a bountiful harvest of herbs and vegetables. Varieties change seasonally, encouraging the seasonal diversity that keeps the chef and cooks inspired.
This year we expect to plant an array of greens, herbs, artichokes, chiles, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, melons and beans. All of the edible wonders from the Primo gardens are grown with the care necessary to compliment the creative vision of the chef, offering an unforgettable dining experience of unsurpassed freshness.
