Brian Jaymont, Manager Primo Tucson
In 2003 Brian was recruited by Marriott International and in 2004 the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa brought Brian to Tucson, Arizona to be the opening Beverage Manager for the resort. Overseeing Salud! Lobby Lounge, Brian dove into the local culture and traditional spirit, Tequila, and began creating the legacy of Salud! by implementing the Legendary Tequila Toast voted one of the top ten things to do while in Tucson by Tucson Lifestyle Magazine. In July 2006, Brian became manager of the Celebrity Chef Inspired Primo Tucson. In each of its first two years of operation, Primo has been awarded the prestigious AAA 4-Diamond Award.

Matt Margolskee, Chef de Cuisine
In the late summer of 2000 Matt Margolskee entered the kitchen of Chef Melissa Kelly. Here, Matt had an instant revelation and a forever life-changing experience; cooking simply felt natural. Starting with the basics after first getting his foot in the door, Matt worked diligently and intensely as he learned as much as he could from Chef Kelly. After three and a half years at Primo in Rockland, Matt decided to make a move to Orlando, Florida to put his skills to task at the new Primo in the JW Marriott at Grand Lakes. In March of 2005, Matt moved to Tucson, Arizona to become the Chef de Cuisine of Primo opening in the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort. Chef Matt brings almost five years of Primo experiences and Chef Kelly's vision of "Italian sensibility".
